Ananya Lohia , New Delhi - A wave of celebration has swept through Aligarh's Sirsa village after Naib Subedar Gulveer Singh won a historic silver medal in the men's 10,000m at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, becoming the first Indian to medal in the event.
