From Slow Start To IPL Record: Tilak Verma Becomes First MI batter to outcome an opponent in IPL history

His record-breaking blitz ended MI's four- match losing streak and rewrote another chapters in IPL history. This inning will definitely going to be remembered in the IPL history. Tilak Verma didn't just scored a century- he rewrote the records books and outscored the entire Gujarat Titians lineup.

Coming in at a crucial stage, Tilak Verma took control of the game with his remarkable composure and aggression. He launched a fierce counterattack against Gujarat Titians bowling unit, finding boundaries with ease and sending the ball into the stands repeatedly. His fearless approach shifted the momentum entirely in Mumbai Indian's favor, turning what seemed like a competitive contest into a one-sided affair. Firstly Verma crawled to just 17 off his 20 balls, his final 23 balls yielded a staggering 82 runs, including 15 boundaries. Batting at No.5, Verma became the fourth player in IPL history to score a century from that position, joining the likes of Ben Stokes and David Miller.
