The probe, triggered by a March 26, 2026 complaint, revealed a "grooming trap" where accused staff like Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, and Danish Sheikh allegedly pressured young Hindu women to perform Namaz, eat non vegetarian food, and endure derogatory remarks about their deities, all amid threats and obscene acts captured on footage from 40 locations. Police built trust with victims to extract detailed statements, exposing how these incidents created a fear filled workplace; women were lured to off site events under professional pretexts, only to face mental breakdown tactics and sustained abuse that HR allegedly overlooked despite multiple reports.
