Mumbai - Our beloved Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor has met with a painful accident while passionately working on her new movie, Eetha. The actress, whose upcoming performance is anxiously awaited by fans, has sustained a nasty fractured toe on the sets of the film. Unfortunately, this injury happened when she was shooting for an energetic Lavani dance sequence, which is a traditional folk dance that requires fast and complicated steps. Dressed in a heavy traditional costume while performing the fast-paced routine, Shraddha accidentally loaded her entire weight onto her left foot, which resulted in a terrible fall and the subsequent fracture of her foot.

Director Laxman Utekar immediately stopped the movie set following the painful incident. However, brave as ever, the dedication and commitment of the actress saw her first trying to avoid any delay in the schedule. She suggested to the crew that they alter the filming plan to accommodate emotional close-up shots without having to depend on footwork. She even tried shooting for a few days in Mumbai. Unfortunately, the pain turned aggressive, and the filmmakers had no choice but to call off the shoot until she is recovered.

Shraddha is on complete rest and is taking time to recover fully from the unfortunate accident. The fracture has been confirmed by the doctors, and substantial rest has been advised for her. The film unit has planned a break of around two weeks before they will start shooting again. Fans, family, and colleagues flooded social media, wishing her to get well soon. Everybody is eagerly looking forward to seeing Shraddha on her feet and delivering another stellar performance.
