He humorously recalled his initial reaction when Aryan first approached him, wondering if his son was "putting up Mannat’s CCTV footage on YouTube" given the show's promised "raw, edgy" and "madness". Shah Rukh admitted it took time to grasp Aryan's unique vision, but he eventually became "completely drawn" to it.
Aryan Khan delivered his first public speech, confessing he was "bohot nervous" and had been practicing for "2 days, 3 raato se". He stated that after "endless discussions and countless takes," the show is finally ready. Aryan also shared his intent to build a "world that feels alive, a mix of glitz and grit" with Netflix as a partner.
The series, written and directed by Aryan Khan and produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, focuses on Lakshya as an outsider making a dream Bollywood debut. It promises to blend "ambition" with "clashing egos".
