Over time, her gut health deteriorated, underscoring the mind-body connection.
In response, Rhea adopted a holistic approach to healing, turning vegetarian and consuming simple foods like khichdi to support her recovery.
Reflecting on her journey, Rhea emphasized the significance of small freedoms. She described the recent return of her passport, after a five-year hiatus, as a profound gift. This gesture symbolized not just the ability to travel but also a reclaiming of her autonomy and peace of mind. She expressed, "The most prestigious thing for me in my life today is normalcy."
Shahid Kapoor chose to stay grounded and cautions, stating he never believes anything anybody says unless he has witnessed it firsthand, effectively taking a balanced stance on the humor.
