Desk Correspondent , New Delhi - At the 8th Hockey India Annual Awards held in New Delhi on March 28, 2026, Hardik Singh and former Navneet kaur were named as the men's and women's player of the year for the 2025.
Hardik Singh and Navneet kaur walked away with the Player of the year awards in the men's and women's category respectively. The major Dhyan Chand lifetime achievement award was owned on Zafar Iqbal who was the part of gold winning Indian team in 1980 Moscow Olympics. Hardik and Navneet earned a prize money of ₹20 lakh each. The former had also won the top individual honour in 2023 and 2024 too.
