Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar recently visited the Guruvayur Temple in Kerala while filming his upcoming action thriller, Haiwaan, in Kochi. A video of the actor offering prayers went viral on social media. Kumar was seen dressed in a traditional white Mundu and Angavastram, accompanied by his security and team.
His helicopter landed at Sree Krishna College’s helipad in Guruvayur, where he interacted with locals and posed for photos. He was welcomed by Guruvayur Devaswom Board Member K. S. Balagopal and administrator O. B. Arun Kumar.
Haiwaan marks a significant reunion for Kumar, bringing him together with director Priyadarshan and actor Saif Ali Khan after nearly 18 years. The film began shooting in Kochi on 23 August. Kumar, who joked about completing a trilogy with Haiwaan after Insaan and Jaanwar, expressed excitement about working with Priyadarshan and Saif again. The cast also includes Saiyami Kher and Shriya Pilgaonkar.
