Punjabi actor and professional bodybuilder Varinder Singh Ghuman passed away on October 9, 2025, in Amritsar due to a heart attack. At 42, he was known for his imposing physique and commitment to a vegetarian lifestyle. Ghuman had gone to a private hospital for treatment after experiencing shoulder pain. During his stay, he suffered a cardiac arrest and could not be revived .
Born in Gurdaspur, Punjab, Ghuman was 6 feet 2 inches tall and won the title of Mr. India in 2009. He also secured second place in the Mr. Asia pageant. His film career included roles in Bollywood and Punjabi films, notably appearing alongside Salman Khan in Tiger 3 (2023) .
