Appearing on a talk show hosted by Twinkle Khanna and Kajol, Saif explained that he never intended to get her name inked. He had initially planned for a subtle tattoo on his shoulder but ended up with her full name on his forearm instead. The decision was made spontaneously during a conversation with Kareena, leading to the tattoo being done on a whim .
