The clip shows a group of people seated on plastic chairs in the middle of a flooded street, with glasses in hand, laughing and chatting as though nothing unusual was happening around them. The unusual sight quickly caught the attention of internet users, many calling it the true spirit of Mumbai.
While some viewers found the scene amusing and praised the resilience of Mumbaikars in difficult times, others raised concerns about health risks and safety in such conditions.
