A major disagreement is heating up in the Bollywood music world between composer Amaal Mallik and the music duo Sachet–Parampara. The fight started after Amaal claimed in an interview that he was the inspiration for the duo's massive hit song, "Bekhayali." He said that Sachet–Parampara had used a tune he shared with them as a starting point for their famous composition. This claim caused a lot of anger among his fellow musicians and their fans.

Sachet–Parampara strongly denied Amaal's claim, saying it was "misleading" and completely false. They quickly released a detailed video on social media to show that their hit song was completely original and created only by them. The duo provided screenshots of their past chats with Amaal, which they say only show him praising their work. They stated that Amaal's comments are unfair to their hard work and creativity.
The controversy has grown louder, with Sachet–Parampara publicly demanding that Amaal Mallik issue a formal apology. They warned that if he does not say sorry, they are ready to take legal action against him. When reporters recently asked Amaal about the issue, he refused to answer any questions. He only offered a polite smile and the brief comment, "All the best," before his team quickly stepped in to move him away.
