A tour bus carrying 54 passengers, including several Indian and Chinese tourists, crashed in New York on Saturday, leaving multiple people injured.
According to local authorities, the bus was traveling on a highway outside the city when the driver lost control, causing the vehicle to veer off the road. Emergency services rushed to the scene and transported the injured to nearby hospitals. Officials said no fatalities have been reported so far, though several passengers sustained serious injuries.
The passengers on board were part of an international tour group, with many visiting from India and China. The exact cause of the accident is under investigation, and officials are examining whether driver fatigue or a mechanical fault played a role.
Images from the site showed the damaged bus surrounded by emergency responders. Police confirmed that all survivors were accounted for and families are being notified through their respective embassies.
Authorities are expected to release more details once the investigation progresses.
