Shivani Jaiswal , Mumbai - Comedian and content creator Samay Raina has received major relief from the Supreme Court in connection with the 'India’s Got Latent' controversy. The apex court has ordered the closure of all FIRs registered against him in the case, bringing significant legal relief.
The case had attracted
nationwide attention after multiple complaints were filed over content featured in the show. During the proceedings, the Supreme Court considered the matter and directed that all related FIRs be closed.
The court's decision marks a major development in the case. With the FIRs now closed, the legal proceedings against Samay Raina in this matter have effectively come to an end.
