Veteran actor Sunny Deol has hailed Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, for his directorial debut series, "The Ba***ds of Bollywood". Sunny took to Instagram to share the show's preview, praising it as "absolutely fantastic". In his heartfelt note, he assured Aryan that "your father will be very proud" and mentioned that his brother, Bobby Deol, who plays a key role in the series, was "full of praise" for the young director.
"The Ba***ds of Bollywood" is described as a Netflix satire on the Hindi film industry, delving into its glamour, chaos, and high stakes. The series, which features Sahher Bamba and Lakshya in lead roles alongside Bobby Deol, will also include cameo appearances by Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Karan Johar. Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, with the story written by Aryan himself, the show is set to begin streaming on Netflix from September 18.
This praise marks a significant moment, given the 16-year rift between Sunny Deol and Shah Rukh Khan following their 1993 film "Darr," a dispute now reportedly resolved.
