Desk Correspondent , Delhi - A large group of protesters gathered in New Delhi today to express their anger over a recent court decision in the Unnao rape case. The protesters are upset that some of the individuals involved in the tragic case were granted bail, which they feel is a delay in justice. Carrying posters and shouting slogans, the crowd marched through the streets to demand stricter punishment for the criminals. This demonstration shows that the public has not forgotten the pain suffered by the survivor and her family over the past few years.

The mother of the survivor was present at the protest and spoke with deep emotion about her long struggle for justice. She believes that the legal system should be much tougher on those who commit such horrific crimes against women. While speaking to the media, the mother shared her firm demand by saying, "We do not want bail for them; the government should hang the accused for what they did." Her words moved many in the crowd who are standing by her family during this difficult time. She further added, "Our lives have been destroyed, and we will not rest until we see final justice."

Security was increased around the protest site as more people joined the movement to support the family. Social activists and student groups also participated, calling for a faster legal process in cases of violence against women. They believe that granting bail in such serious matters sends a wrong message to society and hurts the morale of survivors. As the sun set, the protesters lit candles to show their unity and resolve. The government is now facing renewed pressure to ensure that the legal battle reaches a conclusion that satisfies the grieving family.
