Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has reportedly rented out his sea-facing luxury property in Juhu to his girlfriend, actor-musician Saba Azad. According to documents accessed by Zapkey, the apartment, located in Mannat Apartments (Vartamaan) on Juhu-Versova Link Road, has been leased for one year. The monthly rent is set at ₹75,000, with an initial deposit of ₹1.25 lakh paid as per the leave and license agreement dated August 4, 2025.
While local brokers indicate that 3-BHK apartments of 1,000–1,300 sq ft in the vicinity typically fetch between ₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh per month, Hrithik's arrangement for his girlfriend is below this range. Roshan acquired three floors in the building for ₹97.5 crore in October 2020. Neither Hrithik Roshan nor Saba Azad has officially confirmed the report.
