Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has reportedly rented out his sea-facing luxury property in Juhu to his girlfriend, actor-musician Saba Azad. The couple, who have been making waves since being first spotted together in early 2022, have openly showcased their bond, frequently seen at dinner dates and airports.
According to documents accessed by Zapkey, the apartment, located in Mannat Apartments (Vartamaan) on Juhu-Versova Link Road, has been leased for one year. The monthly rent is set at ₹75,000, with an initial deposit of ₹1.25 lakh paid as per the leave and license agreement dated August 4, 2025.
While local brokers indicate that 3-BHK apartments of 1,000–1,300 sq ft in the vicinity typically fetch between ₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh per month, Hrithik's arrangement for his girlfriend is below this range. Roshan acquired three floors in the building for ₹97.5 crore in October 2020. Neither Hrithik Roshan nor Saba Azad has officially confirmed the report.
