Veteran actor Anupam Kher expressed immense gratitude and pride after attending the prestigious 'At Home Ceremony' hosted by President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Independence Day 2025. Kher shared his feelings of being "honoured and blessed" to be part of the grand celebration, describing it as a "very elegant and grand ceremony". He also highlighted the privilege of meeting numerous other dignitaries from various fields during the event.
The actor took to social media to share pictures from the occasion. He had previously given his followers a glimpse of the beautifully crafted invitation through an "unboxing video," conveying how "proud, blessed and humbled" he felt to be invited to the 'At-Home' reception by the President of India.
On the work front, Kher was most recently seen in the film Tanvi: The Great, a movie he also helmed, which garnered praise for its heart-touching narrative. His next significant role will be portraying Mahatma Gandhi in Vivek Agnihotri's upcoming film, The Bengal Files.
