Ananya Lohia , Mumbai - Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan has reassured fans about his active work schedule amid recent rumours surrounding his health. The 83-year-old star revealed through a social media post that he had worked until 4 am before getting ready for another day of shooting.

Sharing an update with fans, Bachchan wrote, “Just up .. worked till 4 am .. now ready for work .. keep well all .. be careful of the Sun and the heat .. be hydrated.” In another reflective post, the actor spoke about life lessons and positivity, stating that problems often serve as opportunities for learning and personal growth. He emphasized the importance of understanding life's challenges rather than rushing to solve them immediately.

The posts come days after reports claimed that the actor was seriously ill and hospitalized. Bachchan appeared to indirectly address the speculation through a cryptic message on X, suggesting that people had become unnecessarily flustered by certain comments and interpretations. Despite the rumours, the legendary actor continues to maintain his weekly tradition of greeting fans outside his Mumbai residence, Jalsa, where hundreds gather every Sunday to catch a glimpse of him.

On the professional front, Bachchan was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD, directed by Nag Ashwin. Starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan, the film became a blockbuster, grossing over ₹1,000 crore worldwide. Bachchan's portrayal of Ashwatthama received widespread acclaim, and he is currently busy shooting for the highly anticipated sequel.
