Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, the lead pair of the superhit romantic drama Saiyaara, are celebrating the film's 50-day successful run in theatres. The duo, who made their debut with the film, marked the milestone by sharing adorable pictures and an emotional note on Instagram thanking fans for their love and support. "Today marks 50 days of a film that brought us to the world and the world to us," they wrote, adding thanks to the audience for "reminding us that honesty and love are more powerful than anything else in this world".
Directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Yash Raj Films, Saiyaara tells the passionate love story of a troubled musician, Krish Kapoor, and a reserved poet, Vaani Batra. Released on 18 July 2025, the film received widespread acclaim for its performances, direction, and soundtrack.
It became a major box-office hit, grossing over Rs 576 crore worldwide, making it the second highest-grossing Indian film of 2025 and the highest-grossing Indian romantic film of the year. After its successful theatrical run, Saiyaara is reportedly set for its digital debut on Netflix from 12 September.
