preliminary information, the action was taken following concerns related to compliance standards in packaging, documentation and storage practices. The seized stock includes a range of Ayurvedic and herbal products that were being stored for distribution.
Officials stated that the inspection was part of a routine monitoring drive aimed at ensuring that manufacturing and distribution units comply with established health and safety guidelines. During the check, certain irregularities were reportedly identified, leading to the decision to confiscate the stock pending further investigation.
The authorities have not yet released detailed findings but confirmed that a notice has been issued to the company seeking clarification on the violations. Further action will be taken based on the response and the outcome of the ongoing inquiry.

Officials emphasized that such inspections are conducted to ensure consumer safety and maintain quality control in the production of medicinal products.
The seized stock will remain under government custody until the investigation is completed. Authorities are also expected to review other batches and records as part of the broader compliance assessment.
The case is currently under examination, and further details are expected as the investigation progresses.
