Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has pledged that any attempt to influence or manipulate the upcoming Bihar assembly elections will be strongly resisted. Speaking at the launch of the Voter Adhikar Yatra in Patna, he said the campaign is aimed at safeguarding the rights of every voter and ensuring that the democratic process remains fair.
Rahul Gandhi alleged that attempts are being made to weaken the voice of the people through unfair practices, but stressed that such efforts would not succeed. He urged citizens to participate actively in the electoral process and stand united against any misuse of authority.
The Voter Adhikar Yatra, launched by the Congress in Bihar, will cover several districts to spread awareness about voter rights and encourage greater participation in elections. Party leaders said the initiative is also a way to connect directly with the people ahead of the polls.
