Amidst the empty opposition benches, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini moved a formal resolution ratifying the Constitution 131 Bill, which seeks to provide 33% reservation for women in the Lok Sabha and state legislative assemblies. The Congress leadership justified their absence by accusing the ruling BJP-JJP government of bypassing parliamentary norms and failing to address urgent state issues.
