Bihar – According to Bihar’s Chief Electoral Officer, the voter turnout in the phase 1 assembly election reached 42.31% at 1 p.m. The voter turnout in Patna still remains the lowest till 1 p.m. It recorded 37.72%.
Among 18 districts, Gopalganj recorded the highest polling percentage of 46.73%. This is followed by Lakhisarai with 46.37% and Begusarai with 46.02% till 1 p.m.
