Shivani Jaiswal , Bangalore - Gujarat Titans (GT) defeated Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in an exciting IPL 2026 match. 

RCB won the toss and chose to bat first. They scored 168 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs. Their batting was not very strong as GT bowlers kept taking wickets at regular intervals. Jason Holder bowled well for GT and helped stop RCB from scoring big runs.

While chasing 169 runs, GT also faced some early trouble as RCB took quick wickets. But GT’s middle-order batters played carefully and slowly built the innings.

In the final overs, GT kept calm and reached the target in 19.2 overs with 6 wickets down.

Result:Gujarat Titans won by 4 wickets.

Jason Holder’s bowling was one of the key reasons for GT’s win, as he helped control RCB’s batting in the middle overs.
