Mumbai, Aug 15 — A Mumbai-based health coach is helping women manage endometriosis through a dedicated holistic wellness platform that blends science with lifestyle changes.
Radhika Jhaveri, who personally faced years of painful symptoms and multiple surgeries before receiving proper treatment, has used her experience to design an approach that goes beyond conventional medicine. She has trained under the Institute for Functional Medicine and is currently the only Indian to hold an international certification in endometriosis health coaching.
Her platform, EndoHeal, focuses on personalised guidance that addresses hormone balance, gut health, stress management, and emotional wellbeing. Over the past few years, she has worked with more than 1,000 women across India, aiming to improve quality of life through diet plans, fitness routines, and stress-relief techniques.
Endometriosis affects an estimated one in ten women, yet awareness in India remains limited. Jhaveri says many patients face delays in diagnosis and lack access to comprehensive care. Her work seeks to fill that gap, offering online consultations, workshops, and peer support groups.
The platform also collaborates with nutritionists, physiotherapists, and mental health experts to provide a complete care ecosystem. According to Jhaveri, the goal is to empower women to take charge of their health while complementing medical treatments with sustainable lifestyle adjustments.
With growing interest from both patients and healthcare professionals, EndoHeal is emerging as a model for patient-led health advocacy in India’s women’s wellness sector.
