In a startling development in the investigation of singer Zubeen Garg’s death, Assam Police Service (APS) officer Sandipan Garg — who is also the singer’s cousin — has been arrested in connection with the case.  The arrest marks a significant turn in the probe, drawing wide public and media attention.
