Ananya Lohia , Mumbai - Author and former actor Twinkle Khanna has extended her support to students protesting over the alleged NEET paper leak, praising their courage to speak out amid the ongoing nationwide agitation led by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP).

Sharing images from the protests in Delhi and Mumbai on Instagram, Twinkle wrote that she was proud of the country's youth for having the courage to dissent despite facing tear gas and lathi-charge. Her post featured visuals of protesters, including model Rhiya Ahir standing in front of a police van and a woman shielding fellow demonstrators during the clashes in Delhi.

Twinkle's statement comes as several celebrities, including Shabana Azmi, Prakash Raj, Sonakshi Sinha, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt and Rajkummar Rao, have expressed solidarity with the student movement. The protests, led by the CJP, continue to demand the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, justice for affected students, and reforms to the examination system following the alleged irregularities.

As the protests continue across the country, Twinkle Khanna has joined the growing list of public figures backing students and calling attention to their demands for accountability and education reform.
