According to DCP (Dwarka) Kushal Pal Singh, the children were found submerged in the pond located within the golf course premises, which is reportedly under development on Delhi Development Authority (DDA) land. “Upon arrival, it was discovered that the three children... were found submerged in the pond,” the DCP stated. The tragedy has sent shockwaves through the local community, with calls likely to emerge for better safety measures at such locations frequented by residents. Police have not ruled out any angle and are coordinating with fire services for a detailed report. This incident underscores the risks children face in urban recreational areas lacking proper oversight.
