Actor Tamannaah Bhatia, 35, maintains a rigorous daily schedule, consistently waking at 4 AM to train at 4:30 AM. Emphasising fitness, Bhatia stated "no other way to do it," noting her diet needs controlling, but workouts are irreplaceable. Post-exercise, she immediately starts work, lasting eight to twelve hours, deliberately avoiding daytime naps.
Consultant dietician Kanikka Malhotra explains this early start is highly energising, providing a sense of accomplishment and setting a positive tone for the day. Early exercise sparks focus, steadies’ energy, and supports better sleep at night. Malhotra adds that avoiding post-workout naps helps regulate the body’s internal clock, ensuring restful nights and alert days.
This disciplined routine also aids digestion, reduces bloating, and supports gut health by aligning with the body's natural rhythm and encouraging good bacteria. It can even boost immunity. Malhotra stressed, however, that the regimen is only sustainable with adequate night-time rest, ideally seven to nine hours, enhancing physical and mental well-being for greater daily productivity.
