The petition is scheduled to come up for hearing before Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora on October 13.

He asserts that such acts violate his fundamental right to dignity and creative control over his persona. The petition seeks a judicial direction restraining others from exploiting his name, voice, photographic image, or any vocal likeness particularly in contexts like endorsements or AI-generated content.
