The actress is demanding "personality protection rights," which means she wants legal control over how her famous face and unique identity are used in public. Shilpa’s legal team stated that the misuse of her identity is a serious attack on her dignity and the reputation she has worked hard to build over decades. The lawsuit specifically targets not just unauthorized commercial use, but also the spreading of fake or altered pictures and videos online. These illegal actions can cause financial loss and severely damage a public figure's standing. The star has named 27 known companies and hundreds of unknown online users in her court filing.

Shilpa wants the court to put a stop to this misuse immediately and strongly enforce her rights.
