Political Tension Grows Over NEET: NTA Denies Paper Leak, Congress Protests in Jaipur

Shivani Jaiswal , New Delhi- The controversy surrounding the NEET examination has intensified across the country, turning into a major political issue. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has stated that there was no paper leak from its system during the examination process. According to officials, strict security measures were in place and investigative agencies are continuing to examine the matter from every angle.

Meanwhile, Congress workers staged a large protest in Jaipur over alleged irregularities linked to the NEET examination. Protesters raised slogans against the Education Ministry and demanded the resignation of the Union Education Minister. Heavy police deployment was seen at the protest site as workers attempted to march forward, leading to brief clashes and heightened security arrangements.

Congress leaders alleged that the credibility of the examination system has been questioned and that lakhs of students are facing uncertainty regarding their future. On the other hand, the government and NTA dismissed the allegations as politically motivated, assuring that strict action would be taken against anyone found guilty and that students’ interests would remain protected.

As the debate continues, students and parents across the country are now waiting for the outcome of the investigation and the government’s next course of action.
