Directed by Nandini Reddy, the film has already surpassed the lifetime collections of Oh! Baby and Yashoda within just three days of release.
The action drama, which hit theatres on Friday, has received a strong response from audiences and critics alike. Celebrating the film's impressive box office performance, director Nandini Reddy shared an emotional note on social media, thanking viewers for embracing the story and making the film's success possible. With a worldwide gross of more than ₹43 crore, Maa Inti Bangaaram has overtaken the lifetime earnings of Samantha's previous solo-led hits.
Oh! Baby had collected around ₹38 crore globally, while Yashoda earned approximately ₹32 crore during its theatrical run. Produced by Samantha Ruth Prabhu alongside Raj Nidimoru and Himank Reddy Duvvuru under Tralala Moving Pictures, the film features Samantha in the lead role as Swarna, a woman whose troubled past threatens to disrupt her future with her husband's family. The cast also includes Gulshan Devaiah, Diganth Manchale, Gautami, Sreemukhi and Manjusha Mukkavilli.
