News Desk : The investigation into the murder of Pune businessman Ketan Agarwal has taken another dramatic turn, with a security guard at Lohagad Fort recounting the moments after Ketan's fatal fall and Siya Goyal's parents making emotional statements as the case continues to unfold.
Dheeraj Jadhav, a security guard stationed at Lohagad Fort, said he was among the first people to respond after hearing Siya Goyal screaming for help on June 18. According to Jadhav, Siya informed him that someone had fallen from the fort, prompting him to immediately alert the police. The case has drawn nationwide attention after police alleged that Siya Goyal and her alleged lover, Chetan Chaudhary, conspired to kill Ketan Agarwal and stage the incident as an accidental fall during a trek.
Amid the ongoing investigation, Siya's father, Pravin Goyal, demanded strict punishment for whoever is found guilty. He said the family was devastated by the incident and claimed Siya had never openly expressed unhappiness about the marriage. He also described Ketan as someone he considered like a son. However, Siya's mother offered a different perspective, claiming her daughter was reluctant to join the Lohagad trek. According to her, Siya had expressed reservations during a video call with Ketan a day before the incident, but eventually agreed to accompany him.
With fresh witness accounts emerging and both families speaking publicly, the high-profile murder case continues to raise new questions as investigators work to uncover the full truth behind Ketan Agarwal's death.
