Kharge Addresses Leadership Tension in Karnataka Government

Desk Correspondent , Karnataka - Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has finally spoken out about the ongoing rumors of a power struggle in Karnataka. For several weeks, there has been talk about a disagreement between Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM DK Shivakumar over who should lead the state. Kharge admitted that there might be some "confusion at the state level" regarding how power is shared among the top leaders. He explained that such discussions are common in big political parties but should not affect the work done for the people. The President is now trying to bring peace to the state unit to ensure the government stays strong.

The senior leader emphasized that the focus of the party must always remain on serving the public rather than internal titles. He noted that while local leaders might have different opinions, the high command is watching the situation very closely to prevent any major cracks. During his talk, Kharge tried to calm the workers by saying, "There is some confusion at the state level, but we will sit together and resolve everything soon." He made it clear that unity is the most important thing for the party right now. He further added, "Our main goal is to fulfill the promises we made to the people of Karnataka."

Supporters of both Siddaramaiah and Shivakumar are waiting anxiously to see if a new power-sharing deal will be announced. Many believe that a mid-term change in leadership was discussed when the government was first formed last year. However, Kharge's recent comments suggest that the party wants to handle the matter quietly behind closed doors. For now, the Congress leadership is urging all members to stop making public statements that could hurt the party's image. The people of the state are hoping that this political tension ends quickly so that the government can focus on development and welfare.
