Kejriwal Says India Can’t Become ‘Vishwaguru’ Without Quality Education and Healthcare

Addressing an event at Lovely Professional University in Phagwara, Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal asserted that India cannot emerge as a global leader or “Vishwaguru” until every citizen is assured of good education and healthcare.

He argued that lofty ambitions and rhetoric won’t suffice unless basic social foundations are in place. He urged that investments in public schools, hospitals, and health services must be prioritized before India can claim moral or intellectual leadership on the world stage.

Kejriwal’s remarks come amid broader debates over India’s development path and international stature. He implied that the gap in access to quality services remains a barrier to realizing India’s full potential.
