Actor Jr NTR on Thursday visited the NTR Ghat in Hyderabad to pay tribute to his grandfather, legendary actor and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), on his 103rd birth anniversary.
The actor offered floral tributes and spent a few moments remembering the iconic leader and cinema legend, whose contribution to Telugu cinema and politics continues to inspire millions.
Several members of the Nandamuri family also visited the memorial to pay their respects. Late NTR’s wife Lakshmi Parvathi and daughter Daggubati Purandeswari were among those present at the NTR Ghat in Hyderabad.
Fans and party supporters gathered in large numbers at the memorial, celebrating the legacy of NTR, who remains one of the most influential personalities in the history of Telugu cinema and Andhra Pradesh politics.
Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, popularly known as NTR, served as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and was widely admired for his contribution to public welfare and regional pride.
