Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei stated on Thursday that reports regarding a finalized time and place for signing the agreement remain "purely conjectural," with nothing finalized so far . Baghaei emphasized that Iran will not compromise on its "red lines" during negotiations, noting that "from the beginning, the status of negotiations was clear to us, and a large portion of the text had already been finalised. However, the Americans kept changing their positions". He stressed that Iran has "proven that it does not compromise on what it has defined as its red lines" and confirmed unequivocally that "so far, Iran has not reached a final decision regarding any agreement".
