Appearing on the talk show Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle Khanna, Govinda discussed how certain articles declared his time as an actor was over, stating, "Govinda gaya, Govinda gaya" (Govinda is gone, Govinda is gone). He emphasized that despite meticulous planning, good dialogues, and catchy songs, a film's success hinges on the right environment and timing .

In response to these challenges, Govinda took proactive steps to revive his career. He ventured into film production, stating, "I feel like artists are living in a womb. We think that we are born once, but we are fortunate to be born again and again." This led to the production of the film Aa Gaya Hero, marking a significant move in his career .
