Union Minister and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) President Chirag Paswan confirmed that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has finalized its seat-sharing arrangement for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections. He described the discussions among alliance partners as "amicable," signaling a unified front ahead of the polls.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its list of 71 candidates for the 101 seats it will contest in the 243-member Bihar Legislative Assembly. The Janata Dal (United) (JD(U)) will also contest 101 seats, marking a balanced distribution between the two major NDA partners. Chirag Paswan's LJP (Ram Vilas) has been allocated 29 seats, while the Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) and Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) (HAM) will contest six seats each.

Paswan expressed confidence in the NDA's preparedness, stating that all parties are united under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He emphasized that discussions regarding the specific constituencies each party will contest are in the final stages, with positive outcomes expected.
