The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced a delay in the activation of its post-result activities portal, which will now open from June 1. The portal is used by students to apply for services such as obtaining photocopies of answer sheets, verification of marks, and re-evaluation of answers after the declaration of board examination results.
The decision was taken to ensure the smooth functioning of the online system and to provide students with a hassle-free application process. The board stated that all post-result services will be made available once the portal becomes operational.
The delay has prompted students and parents to closely follow official updates, as many candidates are waiting to review their results before making decisions regarding admissions and future academic plans. However, CBSE has assured students that the revised schedule will not affect their eligibility to apply for any of the post-result facilities.
Education experts have advised students to use only official CBSE notifications for information and avoid relying on unverified messages circulating on social media. They also encouraged candidates to carefully check the application guidelines once the portal is activated.
The board conducts Class 10 and Class 12 examinations for millions of students across the country each year. Post-result services play an important role in addressing students’ concerns regarding evaluation and ensuring transparency in the assessment process.
With the portal set to open on June 1, students are expected to receive access to all related services through the board’s online platform. Further updates and detailed instructions will be released by CBSE through its official channels.
