Swapna Kumbar , Bengaluru - Uttar Pradesh minister Dharampal Singh lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for completing 12 years in office, saying the BJP led government had achieved in just over a decade what the Congress could not deliver in 65 years of governance. Congratulating Modi on the milestone, Singh praised the Prime Minister’s leadership, governance model, and development initiatives while launching a sharp attack on the Congress party over its historical record.
