Banned, All chemists and Medical shops ,Required Doctors Prescription was Mandatory

News Desk , Delhi - The “Ministry of Health” was banned chemists or medical shops , many children were die with the feed cough syrups .  The whole were effectively effected with this cough syrups.According to Health minister prescription are mandatory for purchasing cough syrups.Any medicine or cough syrup purchasing required to the doctor prescription.Drugs were mixed with the medicines .

All the cough syrups of the country ,following a phase of contamination was linked with child deaths in India and other country. According to the peoples familiars with the matters.A list of schedule of k drugs , the health ministers was issued a gazette of notified  to the removal of the world regarding syrup from the list.Effectively making it mandatory  for pharmacies to sell the cough syrups ,only against the valid prescription,without doctors prescription does not sell the medicines.

In  schedule K contains a list of drugs that do not required a valid medical prescription for sale ,under the drugs and cosmetics ACT ,1945.A notification in this regard in last year December drafted .And all sale holder has given to the chance  ,that he could sale the medicines. Since their was no objections made by the peoples ,the Health Minister notified it.Cough syrups to be sold only on prescription as state government tightens regulations .
