Desk Correspondent , Mumbai - Desk Correspondent , Mumbai - Bollywood actor-producer Arbaaz Khan, brother of Salman Khan, has sold a premium apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West for ₹6.5 crore, according to property registration documents. The transaction reflects sustained activity in the city’s high-demand residential market.
The apartment is located in Tower B of the Runwal Elegante project at Lokhandwala Complex, near Infiniti Mall in Andheri West. The deal was officially registered on May 5, 2026, as per documents accessed through CRE Matrix. Spread across a carpet area of 1,369 sq. ft, the flat also includes two car parking spaces. The buyers paid a stamp duty of ₹39 lakh to complete the transaction.
Andheri West continues to remain one of Mumbai’s most active residential micro-markets, driven by strong demand from professionals, entrepreneurs, and members of the entertainment industry. Projects like Runwal Elegante, known for their high-rise premium apartments, add to the locality’s appeal in the western suburbs. This sale comes shortly after Arbaaz Khan’s earlier property purchase in February 2026, when he bought an apartment worth ₹2.78 crore in Jogeshwari West. The 1,243 sq. ft apartment, located in the Autograph Residency building on Link Road, was registered with a stamp duty of over ₹16 lakh and includes two parking spaces.
Meanwhile, the Khan family has also been making moves in the real estate sector through Atul Agnihotri, Salman Khan’s brother-in-law. Earlier this year, Agnihotri entered property development with plans to redevelop a 60-year-old housing society in Bandra through his firm.
While Arbaaz Khan has not commented on the latest deal, the transaction highlights the continued momentum in Mumbai's premium housing segment. With multiple property moves linked to the khan family, their presence in the city's real estate landscape continues to grow.
